The school is set to introduce the following academic programs;

Certificate in Medical Records and Health Informatics- 1 year
Diploma in Medical Records and Health Informatics -3 years
Diploma in Entomology and Parasitology – 3 years
Bachelor in Environmental Health Sciences -3 years (in affiliation with Makerere University School of Public Health) in the near future
