ADMISSIONS PROCEDURE.

Online Application procedure for Private Admission scheme to School of Hygiene-Mbale:

The steps are; –

Step 1: Pay the application fee for the academic programme of choice i.e. Certificate courses: – Ushs. 53,000/= and Diploma courses: – Ushs.63,000/= to DFCU bank account number: – 01983501005221 School of Hygiene –Mbale, DFCU Bank, Mbale branch;

Step 2: Scan copies of the payment bank slip for the application fee, academic documents i.e;- O’level, A ‘level (if any), Birth certificate/National Identity card, Professional Registration Certificate for Upgrading students, and a Passport size photograph;

Step 3: Fill in the online application form by providing the required information and attach the required documents listed in Step 2 above;

Step 4: Click submit and complete the application process.
