IMPORTANT NOTICE

TO: ALL STUDENTS OF SCHOOL OF HYGIENE-MBALE

RE: STRICT ADHERENCE TO REPORTING GUIDELINES

All reporting dates are as follows; CEHS II students and First year students shall report on Monday, 28th July 2025, while rest of students shall report on Monday, 4th August 2025.

This serves to notify all students to report with the requirements as stipulated in the End of Semester, two circular, and the admission letters issued to you, i.e., for continuing students and First year students respectively.

For emphasis, the minimum tuition fee payment is 50% for continuing students, and 70% for first year students, in addition to other functional fees. Reporting time is only between 8.00 am and 4.00pm.

Thanks so much for the early that information it really stipulates requirements for proper preparation

Mr principal for students who completed in June this year though the results are not yet out is there any possible way if they are released in August to join Diploma and catch up with August intake help me know if there is any other if could it be possible or we must we wait for the next year Thanks
